Founder of Banister Advisors Vanessa Laughlin explains how she has built a team that can best serve the community. Her experience as a Latina set her up for success, by understanding and seeing how many people it takes to support a person. The importance of having a Jewish mother on the team allows the team to have a special resource that brings motherly wisdom from a lived life. The diverse background of the team allows for better service to those they serve. Building a network support ring helps build burnout of the team. At their core of giving back they also offer resources to those who may need it.
